GameCare is a service app for arcades, game zones, VR centres, bowling alleys and amusement parks. Report a faulty machine, get matched with a verified technician by skill and city, track the job live and close it with a rating — all in one ticket.
An operator reports an issue at a specific outlet, with equipment details and a photo.
Illustrative service journey — not a live product screen or active service ticket.
GameCare replaces scattered calls and WhatsApp forwards with a single service ticket the owner and the matched technician can both see and act on.
Pick the outlet, pick the machine, describe the fault and attach a photo. The ticket carries all the context a technician needs before they arrive.
Follow every stage — matched, on the way, arrived, working, resolved — with the technician's location on a map while the job is active.
Manage every venue and its machines from one account.
Jobs go to technicians with the right equipment skill who work in your city.
KYC checks and declared skills, verified before anyone can take a job.
Talk to the assigned technician inside the ticket — no personal numbers needed.
Close the ticket, rate the work and keep a service history per machine.
Switch language any time so floor staff and technicians are comfortable.
A straightforward workflow in development for venue teams and technicians. No chasing updates across scattered calls.
Choose the outlet and machine. Add the problem and a photo so the job has context from the start.
Match the request with an available technician by relevant skill and service city, subject to approval.
See ticket status, live location during the job, and chat with the assigned technician in-app.
Mark the work resolved, then leave a rating and review for the completed job.
This is a working, coded preview of the GameCare mobile app. Switch between the venue owner and technician, change language, and walk a real ticket through every screen.
The owner sees every outlet and any open tickets at a glance.

One place for every outlet, every machine, every open ticket.
Only matched, in-city jobs — with the context needed before you arrive.
